This invitation is classy without being over the top. The invitation and RSVP cards are all printed on a shimmery ivory card stock that has a light linen texture to it. The invitation is highlighted by a shimmery silver backing. The lace layer tucks between the invite layers and wraps around the back of the card.

Here's my rule - every invitation deserves to be custom and there's an invitation out there for every style and budget. You can purchase any design in my store for anywhere from $2.50 to $15 depending on what you need.

Pricing varies based on:
♦ The type and color of the paper colors you use
♦ Number and size of insert cards you have
♦ Any added layers of paper or pockets
♦ Type of printing

Shopping for invitations is just like finding the perfect wedding gown. I'm here to help you, not just to sell you something. If you are honest and upfront about your budget, I'll help guide you towards the papers, styles and printing methods that are right for you. It may not always include all of the extra frills that you want, but we'll still find a way to make it beautiful and keep the most important things in there. If your wish list gets you to a $10 invitation, but your budget is only $5, I'll show you the more expensive invitation first, then I'll show you less expensive options to show you that it can still be beautiful if we cut out a few things.

If you intend on making any changes to the design, I am happy to provide you with a custom quote and sketch of the new design colors.

I do offer pricing in two tiers. Assembled invitations come all packed and ready for you to stuff, seal and send them on their way. You may also purchase a DIY kit. For a DIY kit, I would print and cut everything for you, but leave it for you to tape the layers of paper together.

♦ COORDINATING DESIGNS. Use your invitation and additional pieces to set the tone for your big day and create consistency.

♦ TEXT. What you want to say on your invitations is so unique to you, your culture, the formality of your wedding and your personality. Say what you need to say on each and every piece. There might be some restrictions when the designs are very tightly or precisely spaced, but I’ve never met an invitation that I can’t come up with some way to make it work!

Though each order is customized the order process is fairly standard. Here is how the process typically flows.

♦ PLAN IT OUT - it’s all in the details. Unless you need your design exactly as it’s shown in the listing, we’ll start by planning out the details of your design. If this is you - skip on ahead to step 2!

♦ PAPER TYPE & COLORS. What colors will it be? We will work together to identify what paper works best for your order and your budget.

♦ PAPER DETAILS. More or less? Is an additional card needed to provide guests with more information? Do you not need a card that comes with the original set? Do you want to add in a pocket? Or maybe a lace band? Or take out some of the layers of paper? I’ll help you identify the pieces you need to complete your set and keep you on budget.

♦ YOU’RE INVITED! Identify the number of invitations you will need.

♦ ASSEMBLY? Shall I assemble or would you like to? Most invitations have the option for DIY - I’ll design, print and cut each piece. You tape them together. While I don't supply the tape I will happily recommend brands. I will also include one fully assembled set so you can see the final product as well as a few extras of each piece in case of mistakes. This option will reduce the price per invitation and many brides find it's a way they can get upgrade other areas such as paper or additional cards while they are still able to stay within their budget.

♦ ADDRESS THE GUEST. Guest address printing is available for an additional $0.50 per envelope. I don't have the ability to print on dark paper. If you would like for me to print your guest addresses I will ask you to complete my guest address template and email it over. All addresses must be typed up in Excel or Google Sheets as you would like them to be written on the envelopes which means you need to include titles (Mr., Mrs., Dr.), "and guest" must be written out and states must be abbreviated as appropriate. Please include each line of the address in a separate column and combine city, state and zip code together into one cell.I will send you a PDF proof to review before we print. I highly recommend you look through every page to make sure you have all of the addresses appropriately formatted.

♦ PROOFING DEPOSIT. Once the details of your order are confirmed and you are ready to go, simply purchase the “Proofing Deposit” from the original invite listing that you started with. This is a $100 nonrefundable deposit that is due before I begin working on proofs of your design. I’ll send over a timeline to walk you through deadlines to keep us on schedule.

♦ PAPER DEPOSIT. I’ll also put up a 2nd listing that is 50% of your order as your paper deposit which is due before I order paper. You don’t have to purchase this one right away if you want to see the first few proofs first to make sure you love the colors, but keep in mind that paper takes about 10-14 days to arrive. I usually like to have this deposit paid for within 1 week of your proofs to keep us on track. Once the deposit is paid, your paper will be ordered, and we begin to work on your design.
***changes to paper colors or quantity beyond this point may incur additional restocking and ordering fees!!

♦ DESIGN. We design the invitation of your dreams! While we wait for your paper to arrive I ask that you send me wording for your invitation, RSVP card and any other additional card you may have in your set. I will also need your return address for the envelopes. You can either type that all up in Word or Google doc and email it to laura [!at] or fill out the form here:

During this process I will send you electronic versions of your invitation suite for your review and approval.

♦ PRINTED PROOF. I will print a sample of your invitation set and mail it to you if you so desire. I strongly urge all of my customers to allow me to send a printed sample before I print the entire order for peace of mind. 98% of my clients are thrilled with the proofs, so if time doesn't allow for a mailed sample I will have you approve the digital proofs and I’m sure you will be thrilled with the final outcome!

♦ GREEN LIGHT TO PRINT. Once you've reviewed and approved the final draft I will print your order. I print almost every order in my studio, one invitation at a time. Your order is added to my printing list in the order that it is approved. Printing and assembly usually takes about 1-2 weeks.

♦ OUT THE DOOR. I’ll get your invitations packaged it safely and post your final amount due plus shipping. Once that's been paid your order is sent to you. When your final order is shipped I do not place the inserts into the pocket envelopes - that will be left for you to finish. All packages ship USPS and are insured for your protection.

A budget is really important when you plan a wedding, so if you love an invitation, but it's more than you can spend let me know. I can take out unnecessary layers of paper or pockets to help your budget out. Tell me what your budget is, what is on your 'must have' list and I will do my best to rework any design to fit what you want. There are some limitations but I promise to do my very best!

I have found that a lot of my brides are crafty enough for a little DIY work, but are intimidated by the process of designing a full invitation. I can help! Perhaps the easiest way to save a bit on my invitations is to purchase them as a DIY kit. I do all of the printing and cutting, but leave it for you to assemble. I don't provide the tape, but do have recommended brands and methods that I am happy to share with you. A fully assembled version is always included in your order to show you where each of the pieces goes.

The time it takes to proof is entirely up to you. The faster you are to proof, approve and pay your balance, the faster production can begin! Average orders take about 4-6 weeks to complete. I’ll need about 2 weeks to get your custom paper in stock and another 1-2 weeks to print. If you can approve your proofs before paper arrives, I’ll get you on the schedule to print as soon as it arrives!

Please contact me ASAP if you would like to place an order. My schedule fills up and I do turn down orders during peak wedding season. Work time will not be reserved until a deposit has been paid. Please keep an eye on the shop announcement page for any upcoming vacations or fully booked months.

Rush orders are available for an additional 15% plus the cost of rush shipping your paper in (varies based on order size and shipping speed). Rush orders can get out in as little as 1 week if need be!

WEDDING PRODUCTS - Full wedding orders are a 3 step process.

1. PROOFING DEPOSIT - All wedding orders start with a proofing deposit. Proofing deposits are either $50 or $100 depending on the product - that price can be found within the listing. General sketches to show you color schemes are happily provided before this point, but customized text and changes to fonts and graphics require a proofing deposit first.
**You will be charged a small shipping fee on this order, that is a flaw in Etsy that I am aware of. I will apply this amount to your final shipping costs!!

2. PAPER DEPOSIT - 50% of your full order is due before I order paper. This payment can take place as soon as you are confident in your quantity needed and paper colors, but is generally preferred within a week of starting your order. Paper takes about 7-10 days to arrive, any delays in payment will push your invitation schedule back. Changes to either quantity or paper color beyond this point may incur restocking fees or additional charges.

3. FINAL PAYMENT - The remaining balance of your order plus shipping is due before your invitations or wedding day paper ships out.

STATIONERY - payment for stationery products is due before the proofs are created and items are produced.

All orders valued over $100 do also come with shipping insurance so if anything is damaged, please take pictures of your box and contact us as soon as you can!

I love my international customers, but there are a few things that you need to be aware of!

Please be aware that you may be responsible for any customs fees that your country may charge. It is up to you to look into these fees ahead of time. I will NOT falsify customs forms in any way to reduce your customs fees.

Most orders will ship with USPS Priority (6-10 day) or Express (3-5 day) mail. Both of these options do come with tracking information. For some orders I can also ship first class, but there is no tracking information and no guaranteed delivery time frame.

** Customs!! Please understand that customs delays are VERY common for certain countries! It can take up to SIX weeks for your box to clear customs. I recommend following your tracking information carefully and contact your parcel force or customs office as soon as you see it has entered customs. You may be able to pay any additional customs fees you have over the phone or online to expedite the customs process.

I do the best I can to help you through the shipping process, but please be understanding that once it has left the US, I have no power to track it down and it is solely in the hands your country's postal service.


I am sure that you will love the item that you receive, and I do everything I can to make you comfortable during the ordering process. A wedding is a big deal and you are trusting us with one of the most important pieces.

Due to the nature of custom orders, refunds of completed products are not available so please proof carefully! Spell check is not reliable and I am not responsible for any spelling or grammatical errors that are not caught! I feel that it is not my right to question how you would like to word something on your invitation - it is after all yours - so please read through each piece carefully!

If you change or cancel your order before it has been printed, you may be responsible for paper restocking and design fees. These fees will be assessed on an individual basis.

If you change or cancel your order after invitations have been printed, but before they are shipped out, you are still responsible for final payment on the design since all design, printing and assembly work will have been completed at this time.

What you see on the final proof that you approve is what goes to print. However, if a mistake is made on my end and spelling differs from the final proof that you approved I will happily correct the error at no cost to you and make sure that it happens as fast as possible.

Once a proof has been approved through the proof approval form any revisions, error corrections and/or preference changes after this approval will be deemed “new work” and invoiced in addition to this project’s fees.

How does the process work?

If you have any customizations to make to your wedding invitations, we'll talk about that first. I'll send you over a brochure that has design options and a la carte options to choose from. Custom wording will not be changed until a deposit is in.

Once you make your selections, I'll send you a contract that outlines what you are receiving, payment expectations and store policies.

Your $100 deposit will start the design process. At this time your wording will be used and you will be sent proofs of your design. Your 2nd payment is due before I order paper.

Once approved, I'll go to print!

Your final payment is due before they ship.

Do you print guests addresses?

Yes! Printed guests addresses are an additional $0.50 each. If you prefer hand calligraphy, I can get you in touch with one of my awesome calligraphy friends.

How long do orders take?

I don't have that much time, is there anything that would speed the process up?

If you need to get your order faster than the timeline stated above, I do offer rush orders. Rush orders will incur 2 additional fees:

1. An additional 15% or $25, whichever is greater

2. Charges associated with rush shipping the paper in. This varies from about $30-$100 depending on the speed of shipping. I will give you options before I order

Placing a rush order means that your order is at the top of my priority list for both design and printing. Excessive changes to the design, incomplete information or delays in replying to messages on your end will delay the process.

What is a DIY kit?

What type of printing do you use?

Most of my orders I print in house with digital printing.

I do also have an outside printer that I can use for:

Will I see my design before you print it?

Yes! I will send you as many proofs via PDF that we need until you are happy with your design.

Printed proofs are an additional $25 and take about 2 weeks to arrive.

Can I get a digital design rather than printed?

I am incredibly picky about how my orders are printed and I value the end product, so I do not sell digital files.

What colors can I use?

I have over 250 paper colors to choose from so the options are endless!

My budget is lower than the price listed - can I get it cheaper???

A budget is SO important and I want to do what I can to make sure you stay right on track. Paper pricing varies so much based on the type of paper, paper size, and labor involved. I can adjust nearly any design to fit a variety of price points. If you need to trim down the cost, we can consider taking out pockets, backings or envelope printing. You can still make an invitation beautiful on a budget.

** I do what I can to honor budget requests, however please expect it to be at least $2.10 per invite for a single layer 5x7 invite, RSVP card and blank envelopes.
